Council Business Papers
The business papers (agenda and reports) for upcoming Council Meetings are made available online by 5pm on the Thursday before the meeting. The Information Line (9936 8188) is updated on the Thursday before the meeting.
Hard copies of the agendas are available for inspection at the Customer Service Centre and Stanton Library from the Friday prior to the scheduled meetings. A limited number of hard copies are also made available at the meetings.
Note: Staff recommendations contained within reports do not necessarily reflect the Council resolution. To confirm Council decision in relation to any matter refer to the minutes for the resolution.
Individuals or groups with an interest in an agenda item, or wishing to address Council on a particular item, may do so by registering to speak before 5pm on the day of the meeting, or by notifying the officer outside the Council Chamber between 6.40pm and 6.55pm. The item will be brought forward, in agenda order, and dealt with before items in which there is no interest from the public gallery.
