    Each address has an entitlement of car parking spaces and eligibility will need to be determined. If you are eligible then ID will be needed and a fee is required.

  2. I've changed my vehicle, how do I obtain a new resident parking permit?
    New vehicle registration papers or bill of sale are required and a fee is payable.

  3. I have recently moved into the area and do not have a garbage bin. How can I obtain one?
    Bins are not supplied by Council, please call Council so we can advise you of size and there are further options for excess waste.

  24. There are vehicles illegally parked outside my property, why do the Rangers not come round and ticket them?

    Unfortunately, no. Call local Chamber of Commerce, numbers can be obtained in Community Directory.

  27. I think that my car has been towed, where will it have been taken?
    If vehicle was parked in a Clearway please contact RTA on 9211 3000.

  28. I am looking for information on graffiti removal?
    Generally Council workers do not remove from private property (there are a few exceptions). A leaflet on removal can be sent out to you, please contact the Call Centre on 9936 8100
