Council is held at 7pm on three out of four Monday nights (except Public Holidays). Council Agendas, Minutes and Reports are below. For upcoming agendas call the Information Line (updated after Thursday midday) on 9936 8188.

The public is welcome to attend these meetings and address the Council (refer to guidelines). Anyone with an interest in an agenda item, or wishing to address Council on a particular item, may do so by telephoning the Council (9936 8115) before 5pm on the day of the meeting, or by notifying the officer in the foyer outside the Council Chamber between 6.40pm and 6.55pm. The item will then be brought forward, in agenda order, and dealt with before items in which there is no interest from the public gallery.

It should be noted that parts of this meeting may be recorded to assist in the transcription of the Minutes. The recordings are deleted immediately the Minutes have been adopted by Council. Freedom of Information laws apply to the recording of Council meetings, and, from time to time, Council may receive an application to release such recordings to a member of the public.
