Tree Preservation Application Form

Before cutting down or pruning any tree protected by the Tree Preservation Order, residents of North Sydney Council must apply for a Tree Preservation Order permit. When Council recieves this, then an appointment will be made for an on-site tree inspection (available on Tuesdays and Thursdays 9am - 3pm) by Council's Tree Preservation Officer. A Tree Preservation Order permit will be sent to a customer after the tree inspection takes place. Inspections and permits are free of charge.
