A tour of Stanton Library

Subject sessions detailing all of the Library resources in a particular area of study are mainly for groups of school and college students but members of the general public are welcome to sit in on one of these sessions. These sessions focus on a particular area of study (architecture, business, science etc) and explore print and online material available on that subject. Subject sessions can be combined with a library tour if required. Sessions last approximately 30-60 minutes.

Other information sessions include instruction on one or several CD-ROM databases available at Stanton Library (30-60 minutes), and an introduction to the Internet which covers the basics of Internet searching and is suitable for those with little or no Internet experience (90 minutes). The Internet introduction caters for small groups of 4-6 people and is run at least once a month.

For more information about these information sessions please ring the Stanton Library Information Desk on 9936 8400.
