Park & Swim

Park & Swim Discount

Parking in Alfred St South, Milsons Point, is free until 10am.

After 10am, people using the Olympic Pool or Lane 9 Gymnasium can have up to two hours free parking per day, however, you will need to pay for parking and claim a parking discount.

There are three ways to receive the Park and Swim discount:

  1. Casual users paying full adult price

If you pay as you go for pool and gym entry, all you need to do is to take your parking ticket stub (small part of ticket) to the pool reception.

You will receive an immediate discount, to a maximum of $13, from the cost of your entry to the pool or gym.

Please note, only one person can claim the parking discount for each parking ticket. Because pool staff cannot repay cash over the counter, your total discount cannot exceed the cost of your entry.

  2. Members, Subscription and Multi-visit Passholders

If you currently hold a 6 or 12 month membership, a monthly direct debit membership, a pool subscription or purchase a bulk visit pass you will need to register with the pool to get your Park & Swim discount. To join the scheme, you will need to fill in two application forms: a Pool Access Card form and a credit card consent form.

From 1 June 2010, each time you visit the pool or gym, you will need to pay for your parking at the meter with your nominated credit card. Then simply swipe your pool access card for entry and place your parking ticket stub in the container provided next to the turnstile. The Park & Swim discount will be automatically registered with your entry to the pool. Your parking fee (up to a maximum of 2 hours per day, $13 on any one day) will be credited to your nominated credit card each fortnight (please note: there is a processing delay of about 1 week). Please see the Terms and Conditions which are part of the credit card consent form.
