Disabled Parking

In NSW people with a mobility (disabled) permit receive various allowances in different parking zones, including:

 Parking Restrictions  Parking Allowance for those with a Mobility Permit  
disabled parking  Disabled Parking (permanent)  A person with a mobility permit may park in this space indefinitely.  
disabled parking  Time Restricted Disabled Parking  A person with a mobility permit may park in this space for the time period shown. In this case for a maximum of 2 Hours.  
disabled parking  Less than 30 Minute Time Restricted Parking  Where parking is limited by a sign to less than 30 minutes, a person with a mobility permit may park for a maximum of 30 minutes.  
disabled parking  30 Minute Time Restricted Parking  Where parking is limited by a sign to 30 minutes, a person with a mobility permit may park for a maximum of 2 hours.  
disabled parking  Greater than 30 Minute Time Restricted Parking  Where parking is limited by a sign to more than 30 minutes, a person with a mobility permit may park for an unlimited time.

When parking in a metered, coupon or ticket parking area, no charge is applied to a person with a mobility permit.
