Proposal for Extended Alcohol Managed Areas - NYE 2009

At its meeting, held on 9 November 2009, North Sydney Council resolved that the Proposal for Extended Alcohol Managed Areas be placed on public exhibition for a period of  18 days from 23 November to 11 December 2009.

The Alcohol Free Zones and Alcohol Prohibitions are established, respectively, under Sections 644, 644A, and 644B and Section 632 of the Local Government Act, 1993.

Also at Council's Customer Service Centre, 200 Miller Street, North Sydney, between the hours of 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday; and at Stanton Library during Library opening hours.
