To construct a floating dock facility to service commercial vessels up to 1000T in weight. The structure will be located on the south-western side of the site, both on land and at the land/water interface.
This proposal is both designated development and integrated development. The consent authority is the Sydney North Planning Panel.

If the Planning Assessment Commission conducts a review of the proposed development, the Minister's determination of the application is final and not subject to appeal.
