ROAD RECONSTRUCTION ANDERSON STREET, BARRY STREET, WESTLEIGH STREET AND BARRY LANE, NEUTRAL BAY
Council's Contractor, Downer EDI Works Pty Ltd will carry out the reconstruction of the following in the coming weeks, weather and other factors permitting.
work to start in November 2018, date to be advised
• Anderson Street from Barry Street to Cul-de-sac
• Wycombe Road from no. 104 to Anderson Street
• Barry Street from Wycombe Road to Cul-de-sac
• Barry Street from Lindsay Street to Cul-de-sac
• Westleigh Street from Barry Street to Westleigh Lane
• Barry Lane from Yeo Street to End
The Contractor will endeavour to carry out the work in a manner that will cause m1mmum inconvenience, however where vehicular access is affected considerable delays in leaving and entering your residence or place of work may occur.
Parking will not be permitted in the designated area shown on the plan between 6.00am and 6.30pm to allow the work to proceed without obstruction. Failure to comply with this request will lead to delays in completion of the work.
It is an offence under the Roads Act to move signs, barriers or traffic cones placed on a road for the purpose of road works. A maximum penalty of $1,110.00 applies for this offence.

MAY BE TOWED A WAY TO ALLOW WORK TO PROCEED.
Traffic restrictions under RMS regulations may make it necessary to transport the machinary required for this work to and from site during the early hours of the morning.
