Beulah St, Waruda Ave, Waruda St

ROAD RECONSTRUCTION BEULAH SREET, WARUDA AVENUE AND WARUDA STREET, KIRRIBILLI

Council's Contractor, Downer EDI Works Pty Ltd will carry out the reconstruction of:

  • Beulah Street from Kirribilli Avenue to Waruda Street, and Waruda Avenue from Kirribilli Avenue to Waruda Street
  • Waruda Street (full length) from Mary Booth Lookout to Admiralty House

 

On Monday and Tuesday 12 and 13 November 2018, weather and other factors permitting.

If there are any changes to the above dates, the Contractor will notify you.

The Contractor will endeavour to carry out the work in a manner that will cause minimum inconvenience, however vehicular access will be affected and considerable delays in leaving and entering your residence or place of work may occur.

Parking will not be permitted in the above designated area between 6.30am and 6.30pm to allow the work to proceed without obstruction. Failure to comply with this request will lead to delays in completion of the work.

It is an offence under the Roads Act to move signs, barriers or traffic cones placed on a road for the purpose of road works. A maximum penalty of $1,110.00 applies for this offence.

VEHICLES LEFT PARKED IN THE ABOVE DESIGNATED WORK AREA
MAY BE TOWED A WAY TO ALLOW WORK TO PROCEED.

Traffic restrictions under RMS regulations may make it necessary to transport the machinary required for this work to and from site during the early hours of the morning.
