The North Sydney Community Strategic Plan 2013-2023 (9MB) identifies that improved walking and cycling connections are a key priority for the community.
As part of Council’s response, designs for a number of walking and cycling improvements have been developed including a cycleway along the northern side of Ridge Street between West Street and Miller Street, North Sydney.
These works were adopted by Council as part of the Route 5 Cycleway and Streetscape Improvement Plan.
