Work is in progress for the upgrade of the education precinct with 26 hectares of commercial, mixed use and residential land to the west of the North Sydney centre. Community Courses

A variety of short courses across a wide range of interest subjects can be accessed through the Community Centres in North Sydney. The courses usually last a term and are a great way to meet people in the community while learning a new skill. Computer Courses

Both Crows Nest Centre and Neutral Bay Community Centre have computer clubs to assist Seniors (55+) and people with disabilities to learn how to use computer technology in a comfortable and nonthreatening environment.

Creative Pursuits

There are a number of small organisations in the North Sydney area offering courses in everything from music, dance, singing and acting to art and modelling.
