This FREE workshop will be run by Steve Lancken - BA, LLB & MPACS. Mediator/Arbitrator/Conflict Management Consultant
In this Workshop, Steve will give you:
- effective tips, skills and techniques to positively manage conflict
- ways to approach difficult conversations, whether as a volunteer, in your personal or professional life
- an enjoyable and enlightening insight into the power of mediation to contribute to a peaceful and just society.
Steve runs Negocio Resolutions and is involved in Voluntas, a group of like-minded mediation professionals working with volunteer and not-for-profit (NFP) organisations. Steve is an award-winning mediator with over 30 years experience. He teaches at Sydney University’s Centre of Peace and Conflict Studies and has worked with a range of clients in Government, business and not-for-profits, resolving issues involving community disputes, committees, workplace relations, finance, wills and estates, sport and recreation and property management
