Kathy is a committed community organiser who seeks to build more caring and inclusive local neighbourhoods. Kathy’s interests lie in the provision of community facilities for all age groups, the protection of North Sydney’s remaining natural open spaces, and the careful advancement of North Sydney for the benefit of its residents, its economy, and future generations.
Kathy’s professional experience includes management and general management roles in the finance, tourism and education sectors.
Kathy's volunteer work has included teaching English to new migrants, as well as organising roles with the Kirribilli Neighbourhood Centre and with North Sydney’s 'Streets Alive' community gardening programme. Kathy currently manages community care services for a regional non-profit organisation.
A resident of North Sydney for over two decades, Kathy holds a bachelor of business from UTS and a postgraduate diploma of education from James Cook University.
