Tunks Park East, Cammeray

The bushland in Tunks Park is a prime habitat for many birds and reptiles including King Fishers and Water Dragons.

Tunks Park bushland forms an important wildlife corridor between Mortlock Reserve and Flat Rock Gully (Willoughby).

But, bordered by residential properties, it suffers all the impacts typical of an urban reserve, including nutrient rich run-off from the road and garden escapes.

The Tunks Park East Bushcare group was formed in 1993.

Come and join in!
