Our librarians present fun storytime sessions for pre-schoolers and rhymetime for 0-2 year-olds.

Storytime in the library!

(ages 3-5)

 

Sessions held weekly:

Wednesday 10.30-11am

Wednesday 11.30-12.30pm

 

Storytime is a fun session of storytelling for pre-school children. The program fosters an early love of reading and helps develop literacy skills and social interaction in readiness for school.

Parents or guardians are required to stay during the session. Participants need to practise social distancing and hand sanitising.

Session numbers are limited and bookings are essential. Bookings open at 10am a week before each session. Book here.

Rhymetime in the park!

(ages 0-2)

 

Sessions held weekly:

Monday 10.30-11am

Thursday 10.30-11am

 

These fun sessions combine rhymes, music, singing and puppets to help develop early literacy skills.

Parents or guardians are required to stay during the session. Participants need to practise social distancing and hand sanitising.

Session numbers are limited and bookings are essential. Bookings open at 10am a week before each session. Book here.
