2018 Don Bank Writer in Residence - Belinda Hopper

We are delighted to welcome the 2018 Writer in Residence - Belinda Hopper. Belinda studied fiction writing and novel writing at the New York Gotham Writers’ Workshop and has had fiction, non-fiction and academic articles published. Belinda was a semi-finalist in the William Van Dyke short story prize (2015) and graduated with a Masters of Creative Arts from the University of the Sunshine Coast (2016). In 2017 Belinda finished her first full-length manuscript and was awarded a scholarship to undertake a PhD in creative writing at Macquarie University. During her time at the Don Bank, Belinda will be working on her second novel. We wish Belinda a creative and productive year at Don Bank.
