Sarah Edelman is a clinical psychologist, author and trainer. She has published many articles in professional and mainstream journals, and is the author of the best-selling book on cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), Change Your Thinking.
There is seating for 100 people and standing room is available.
Seating is on a first come, first served basis.
The author talk is followed by question time and the opportunity for book signing.
