History Talks: Expressions of faith
Venue: Online event
North Sydney has many fine and interesting examples of Christian religious architecture from St Peter’s Presbyterian Church in Blues Point Road – the core of which dates to 1866 - to St Michael’s Greek Orthodox church in Crows Nest built in 1969. Join Council Historian Dr Ian Hoskins as he explores the history of these buildings from the original St Thomas’ built in 1845 to St Michael’s, using Stanton Library’s collection of photographs, plans and maps.
