This Australia Day, Bradfield Park in Milsons Point will host a traditional Aussie barbecue... with a multicultural twist!
Take in the Sydney Harbour festivities while enjoying delicious barbecued cuisines from around the world - including American, Korean, European, Indian, Filipino, Middle Eastern, Brazilian, Spanish, Sri Lankan and South American - live music and free entertainment between 10am and 4pm.
Bradfield Park is one of the most spectacular vantage points of the Sydney Harbour festivities where you can enjoy the Australia Day Harbour Parade, as well as the Ferrython, Salute to Australia, Tug & Yacht Ballet, Tall Ships Race and 181st Australia Day Regatta.
Visitors can also get up close with some Australian native animals, try some circus moves or simply enjoy the view. There will also be free face painting and a free jumping castle for the kids and your doggie friends are welcome too. BBQ by the Bridge is a smoke and alcohol-free event.

Road Closures, Special Event Clearways and Local Access:
Burton Street Tunnel (between Alfred Street South and Broughton Street) will be closed from 4am to 5pm.
Olympic Drive (between Kirribilli Avenue and Alfred Street South) will be closed southbound from 7am to 10pm.
A special event clearway will also be in place on both sides of Olympic Drive (between Alfred Street South and Kirribilli Avenue) from 6am to 10pm.
Special event clearways are no parking zones, even for local residents with parking permits. Check signs before parking as vehicles left in special event clearways will be towed and a towing fee applies. A map of the road closure and clearway locations is provided on the reverse of this letter. Access to your property or parking may be restricted due to the changed traffic conditions, so please familiarise yourself with the above information when planning your movements on the day.
