We are offering a free* choice of 3 classes to kickstart your journey to a healthier better you ranging from:
7am - 8am , SuperHIIT (high intensity class for all abilities)
Come down and take part in our circuit work with a large variety of exercises that are hand picked by or trainers who will also be there to keep you on the right track be it motivation or technique to ensure you are safe
8am - 9am Trainers pick (weightlifting and technique class for all abilities)
Come and learn the fundamentals of weightlifting with one of our trainers to ensure you are lifting the right amount of weight and to ensure your technique is correct, this class is a lower intensity class and great for beginners to get a feel for the gym and also good for those wanting a good weightlifting session
9am - 10am Boxon (medium intensity cardiovascular class for all abilities)
Come and try yourself at our specially designed class based on the philosophy work smarter, not harder, designed to promote that fat loss and conditioning in a fun manner for all levels mixing basic combinations of boxing, indoor cycling and functional workout training
All classes supervised.
*All free of charge to local residents.
All are on every Saturday.
All ages and capabilities are welcome.
