St Leonards Park Landscape Masterplan

Council has engaged Gallagher Studio to develop a low intervention Landscape Masterplan for St Leonards Park in North Sydney. St Leonards Park is one of North Sydney's largest and best-loved parks. It has a distinctive Victorian landscape character and is rich in history and heritage. The Park is a great place to play, relax and socialise, and it contains our premier sportsground, North Sydney Oval.

The Masterplan offers an opportunity to develop a comprehensive plan that can achieve a balance of uses while protecting, preserving and enhancing the park’s heritage values.

Have Your Say about this Exciting Project

Stage 1 – Information Gathering is progressing well, however the Online Survey closed on Friday 3 February 2017.

The next opportunities to have your say will occur during Stage 2 of the project, as concept options are developed for St Leonards Park. These will include a Community Workshop, and several Community Drop-in Sessions. It is anticipated that these will take place in April 2017. Details of these events will be posted on this website when exact times and dates are known.

A further opportunity to be involved in this project will occur later in 2017, when the draft Landscape Masterplan for St Leonards Park goes on general public exhibition.
