Expressions of Interest - Food Vendors - North Sydney Council Events

North Sydney Council delivers a range of events across the local area each year, including Twilight Food Fair, Sunset Series, Artisans Market, Pride Picnic and more. 

We are currently seeking expressions of interest from food vendors to operate at these events. By registering your interest, your business will be added to our vendor database. Closer to each event, we will shortlist vendors based on suitability, menu offering and pricing. We will contact shortlisted vendors to confirm availability and exchange information, documentation and agreements. 

To register your interest, you will need to provide the following: 

• Information about your food truck or food stall, including dimensions and power requirements 

• Three recent photos of your food truck or food stall 

• Three recent photos of your food offerings 

• A copy of your menu with pricing 

Before you start, please note: 

• The total size of all attachments must not exceed 30 MB. 

• HEIC file formats are not accepted. Please convert any HEIC files before uploading. 

• New Year’s Eve vending applications are a separate process that will open in October.
