Creative Grants Program

Objectives

North Sydney Council’s Creative Grants Program supports projects and initiatives that:

• foster skills development of local artists, creative workers, or creative not-for-profit organisations across all art disciplines
• increase access and community participation in arts, culture, and creativity
• tell diverse stories authentic to the North Sydney Community

Types of projects funded

• production and presentation of new work across all art forms
• arts and cultural exhibitions, performances, events, programs, workshops, and collaborations that benefit the North Sydney community
• participation in professional development opportunities that develop the skills of local artists, creative workers, and creative not-for-profit organisations across all arts disciplines
• projects or aspects of projects not already funded

Grant amounts

Applicants can apply for grants of $500 or $1000

Note: Creative Grants are now closed for this financial year. Successful applicants will be notified by the end of June 2023.
