North Sydney Oval will host an international women’s football match this winter, with NAB AFLW Australia taking on Ireland on Saturday 1 August 2026.
The match will bring together some of the AFLW’s leading players and emerging talent, highlighting the continued growth of women’s football and the strong connection between Australia and Ireland.
This will be a unique opportunity for the community to experience representative AFLW at a local venue, with elite athletes competing on the North Sydney Oval stage.
