Fees are GST exempt and calculated per m2 per annumfor specific locations as defined on the North Sydney Council Area Map as High, Medium or Low. The Council Area Map is available for download on the right hand side of this page.
Further commercial terms are laid out in the Licence Agreement, which is to be signed prior to the delivery of the permit.
There is no fee charged for a renewal application.
