Check the processing times and extended notification periods for development applications over the 2025–2026 holiday period.
Development applications (DAs) formally lodged (with fee paid) after 17 November 2025 until 12 December 2025 will have an extended notification time to allow residents to review documents online and make submissions. Allowances have also been made considering Council’s scheduled holiday closure.
Applications submitted after 19 December will be unable to be processed until 5 January 2026.
