North Sydney Council has adopted Amendment 2 to the Local Infrastructure Contributions Plan 2020.
Following public exhibition, Council resolved on 14 September 2026 (Minute No. 163) to adopt an amendment to the North Sydney Local Infrastructure Contributions Plan 2020.
Notice of the amended Plan’s adoption is hereby provided in accordance with section 214 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2021.
