Public Holiday Waste Collection Time
Residents are advised that waste collection services will commence at 4:00am on all public holidays, including Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.
This operational adjustment is necessary due to the limited operating hours of waste disposal facilities on public holidays.
Commencing collections earlier ensures that all bins are serviced and the collected materials can be transported to processing and disposal facilities within the required timeframes.
Residents are requested to place all bins out the night before their scheduled collection to avoid any service interruptions.
