Highlights and Current Projects:
- A street with the name Union bisects this Precinct area. The name appears in directories as early as 1875. There is no indication as to what union it commemorates, but it was the boundary of the Blue and Walker Estates.
- Union Precinct strives to maintain a balance between residential and commercial interests while preserving the heritage character of the Precinct.
