Council Business Papers
Business papers (Agenda and Reports) are available in advance online here by 5pm on the Thursday before the meeting.
A hard copy of all business papers is available for inspection at Stanton Library on the Friday before the meeting, and at the meeting itself.
Reports contain staff recommendations which do not necessarily reflect the Council resolution. To confirm the Council decision in relation to any matter refer to the Minutes for the resolution.
Have Your Say
Individuals or groups wishing to address Council on a particular Agenda item may do so by registering to speak before 4pm on the day of the meeting. An individual may speak to no more than two (2) items on the Agenda. The item will be brought forward, in Agenda order, and dealt with before items in which there is no registered interest from the public gallery. Please note that addressing Council is permitted only on Agenda items.

Council meetings are recorded in two ways:
- Audio record - is kept to assist in the transcription of the Minutes. GIPA Act legislation applies to this recording and applications may be made to release it.
- Webcast - Council is streamed live and archived. Watch the webcast on the day (or the archive).
Members of the public are advised that if they address Council their voice will form part of the recordings, but they will not appear on camera.
