Council Business Papers

Business papers (Agenda and Reports) are available in advance online here by 5pm on the Thursday before the meeting.

A hard copy of all business papers is available for inspection at Stanton Library on the Friday before the meeting. A hard copy is also available at the meeting.

Reports contain staff recommendations which do not necessarily reflect the Council resolution. To confirm the Council decision in relation to any matter refer to the Minutes for the resolution.


Have Your Say

Individuals or groups wishing to address Council on a particular agenda item may do so by registering to speak before 5pm on the day of the meeting, or by notifying the officer outside the Council Chambers between 6.40pm and 6.55pm. The item will be brought forward, in agenda order, and dealt with before items in which there is no interest from the public gallery. Please note that requests to address Council will be permitted only for items on the meeting agenda.

Council meetings are recorded in two ways:

  1. audio record - is kept to assist in the transcription of the Minutes. GIPA Act legislation applies to the recordings of Council meetings and applications may be made to release such recordings.
  2. webcast - Council is streamed live Watch the webcast (plus archive).

Members of the public are advised that if they address Council their voice will form part of the webcast but they will not appear on camera.
