Meet the makers at one of Sydney's best artisans markets. This sustainable and unique market is held seasonally at the beautiful historic site of the Coal Loader.
The market offers you an opportunity to purchase original and creative handmade products directly from emerging and contemporary designers, artists and makers, while enjoying the atmosphere of the beautiful and historic site.
Held rain or shine, the venue offers a beautiful all-weather marketplace to showcase local creative talent, and it's a pretty fabulous day each time!

Getting there
The Coal Loader Centre for Sustainability is located at 2 Balls Head Drive, Waverton, NSW 2060.
Visitors are strongly encouraged to walk, ride, or use public transport to get to the market as parking is limited. Waverton station is a 6-minute walk away and bike racks are available to use on-site.
Accessibility
The Platform is accessible through the main entry ramp, or a lift provides access from street level to the Platform, chickens, and tunnels. There are two designated accessible parking spaces available directly opposite the Platform entrance on Balls Head Drive. There is one unisex accessible toilet, shower and baby change room located in the Genia McCaffery Centre.
Due to the historical nature of the site the tunnels are uneven and have undulating ground surfaces, so all visitors are asked to use caution.
