Olivia Arnold & Millie Mitchell (shared studio)
Olivia Arnold and Millie Mitchell are both multidisciplinary emerging artists, working primarily in printmaking and drawing practices. Both artists share a fascination with architecture, the significance of place, and the interplay of ephemeral elements such as light. This is explored in representational drawing and research engagement, by Mitchell, and direct shadow tracing and observational drawing techniques, by Arnold. Mitchell’s work often takes the form of architectural illustrations as a means to interrogate a sense of place and self. Mitchell’s practice allows her to contemplate this fascination with architecture and the significance of place to her as an individual and an artist. Olivia Arnold’s practice stems from observation of the structural and ephemeral elements of her surroundings. Her multidisciplinary approach incorporates traditions of printmaking and drawing, and extends towards three-dimensional forms.

Dr Emma Hicks
Emma is an inter-disciplinary artist, designer, writer, maker of Gamilaroi and European heritage working across time-based media, installation, performance, sculpture, and text. Reciprocity, collaboration and interconnectedness are at the core of my practice. I have a process & research driven practice that embeds care for people, stories and objects.
Emma is a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) - Sydney College of the Arts, The University of Sydney Bachelor Visual Arts, Film & Digital Art - Sydney College of the Arts, The University of Sydney, and has completed several TAFE Diplomas and certificates. She has received awards, prizes, scholarships, grants, residencies and has had her work presented in a wide range of publications, performance and exhibitions in Australia and Internationally
Pamela Leung
Pamela Leung is a Hong Kong-Sydney based artist. She holds a Master of Fine Art from the National Art School.. Pamela has exhibited in numerous group exhibitions in Australia, including Art Space on The Concourse, May Space, Gallery Lane Cove, Grace Cossington Smith Gallery, and Casula Powerhouse Art Centre. Her works have also been exhibited in outdoor spaces such as Rookwood Cemetery, Eaton Garden, and The Concourse Chatswood. Additionally, she has participated in exhibitions internationally, including the Xiluo Old Street Cultural Museum and Beigang Culture Centre in Yunlin, Taiwan, and at the Stockholm Independent Art Fair. Leung has had solo exhibitions at various locations around the world, including Sheffield in the UK, Factory in Paris, Willesden Gallery in London, the Hong Kong Visual Art Centre in Hong Kong, and in Sydney at Gallery Lane Cove, Incinerator Art Space, Airspace Projects, Articulate Project Space, and Slot..In 2018, she was awarded the Emerging Artist Prize at the 65th Blake Prize.
Alexandra Mills
Alex has a predominantly research-based practice that draws on the narratives and visual references of people and places particularly in a historical context. Her work in 2D and 3D media often combines drawing with materials such as wire, timber and textiles and reuses found materials to evoke the character of subject matter. My recent projects have included bodies of work based on museum collections, historic sites, and family artefacts. Most recent projects have included exhibition called Coastal Walk and as part of Les Sculptures Refusees at Q Station.
