How to Apply
Applicants are invited to respond to this EOI by providing:
- An short bio and CV focussing on relevant experience
- Examples of past work that demonstrate relevant experience (eg developing and delivering projects that involve research, storytelling, community engagement and/or social history, managing timelines, working within budgets)
- A brief statement (max 300 words) outlining your interest in this project and how your practice aligns with its aims
- A short proposal (max 500 words) describing your initial ideas, approach to research and community engagement, and potential outcomes
- Indicative budget for Stage Two (development phase), including artist fees, research and development, community engagement activities (if applicable)
Selection Criteria
Expressions of Interest will be assessed by members of North Sydney Council’s Arts and Events team against the following criteria:
- Clarity of vision, including proposed approach to research and community outreach and any material outcomes
- Feasibility of the proposal in terms of budget, timelines, community engagement and/or any other requirements of the project
- Relevant experience in both the project development and delivery stages of community-informed arts projects
