If you’re aged between 16 and 24, you can get a behind-the-scenes look at local government in the Youth-Councillor Mentoring Program.
Learn how local government works, see how elections are organised and observe the decision-making process for yourself.
Chosen applicants are teamed up with a North Sydney Councillor who will mentor them over a six-month period.
Young people who are residents, students and/or workers associated with the North Sydney Local Government Area are welcome to apply.
