Domestic violence impacts over 2 million Australians every year. For many survivors, a safe phone can mean the difference between danger and safety. DV Safe Phone collects and refurbishes old mobile phones, giving them to people escaping domestic violence so they can call for help when they need it most.
Perpetrators often take, break or monitor victims’ phones. A second phone can be a lifeline, providing safety, independence and a pathway to rebuilding lives.
