Council's Strategic Asset Management Plan (SAMP) provides the framework for managing the infrastructure assets that support the services, facilities and public spaces relied upon by the North Sydney community.

The SAMP aligns asset management activities with Council’s Community Strategic Plan, Resourcing Strategy and Long-Term Financial Plan, ensuring investment decisions are coordinated, evidence-based and responsive to current and future community needs.
