*Due to lift maintenance work, Library meeting room 2 will only be accessible by stairs from late July to August 2026.

The conference room is available for use during Stanton Library opening hours, unless otherwise reserved.
Day Time Monday - Thursday 9am - 8pm Friday 9am - 6pm Saturday and Sunday 10am - 5pm The room must be vacated 15 minutes prior to closing.

Payment of full amount is required one week before booking date.

Discount
- 50% discount for community groups, charities, non-profit organisations
- 25% discount for political parties
- 25% discount for six or more meetings
- Double discount is not permitted
- Discount is only on room hire, not equipment
Cancellations
All hire cancellations will incur a $25 fee to cover administrative costs.

Public Liability insurance
All hirers must have public liability insurance.
If your booking is on behalf of a company, you will need to provide your own insurance.
If your booking is on behalf of an individual, you will need to pay a 'casual' insurance fee currently at $59.60.
For hirers who have their own insurance, their policy must include $20 million in public liability insurance (minimum) in $AUD.
