This rag rug braiding workshop will give you the opportunity to use fabric strip scraps, clothes or old linen and learn how to turn them into a braided rug. Learn a technique that requires no equipment!
A fun workshop to do with friends! So bring them along! This session will be run as a 5 hr workshop so that you have plenty of time to complete your project and master the rag rug making technique.
Bring some old coloured fabric from clothes, bed linen or fabric scraps with you. We will also have some spare crochet hooks, scissors and tape measures.
Tea, coffee and water are available at Primrose Park Art and Craft Centre, but we suggest you bring your own lunch, as there are no shops nearby.
