Join noted writer and photographer Tony Maniaty for the open day of his new photography exhibition.

Paper Moon: Images of Japan features around 20 large-scale monochrome images photographed on Tony Maniaty’s recent trips to Japan. The show is a part of this year’s Head On Photo Festival, Australia’s leading photography event.

He will be joined by the exhibition curator, Kathryn Hunyor, to chat with visitors and to discuss his work. For other viewing times, please call The Kirribilli Neighbourhood Centre on 9922 4428.

About the presenters

Tony Maniaty is a noted writer and photographer. He was a journalist with the ABC, SBS and BBC, as well as Associate Professor of Creative Practice at UTS. He is currently the Editor of the Head On Interactional photography magazine.

Kathryn Hunyor is a popular arts interviewer and the director and founder of ArtsPeople. She was formerly Cultural Officer at the Australian Embassy in Tokyo, and is Head of International Tours at the Art Gallery Society of NSW.
