Free quarterly classes all about creating tasty food with a minimal environmental footprint

Join the Sustainable Food Kitchen and The Coal Loader Team to learn about a million and one (nearly) exciting ideas for using and preserving seasonal food. Each of the quarterly classes focuses on one seasonal and locally grown item. 

This class is designed for creators of all levels - cooking novices and people of all abilities welcome! Sessions are free but please only book a spot if you can make it, as class sizes are small, and spaces are limited.

This class is available for participants aged 16yrs and over.

This class is suitable for vegetarians and most dishes are suitable for vegans too!

The classes are held in The Genia McCaffery Centre (the cottage) at The Coal Loader Centre for Sustainability.
