Join the Stanton Library knitting group to knit for the charity Wrap with Love.
This charity provides knitted wraps to over 40 non-denominational and non-political aid agencies, where the wraps are distributed to those most in need across the world.
When: 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month
From: 2pm - 4pm
Where: Stanton Library, Conference Room (Level 2)
No bookings are required to join, simply drop on in. Remember to bring some 8 ply yarn and 4 mm needles, and meet fellow knitters for some conversation and tea!
Everyone is welcome, and some materials and instruction are provided for beginners. We graciously accept any donations of spare yarn.
