Celebrate World Creativity and Innovation Day with this free plein air drawing workshop at the Coal Loader Centre for Sustainability.

Sunday 21 April is World Creativity and Innovation Day, which raises awareness about the importance of creativity and innovation in all aspects of human development, both of which are also vital in achieving the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Join the Coal Loader Centre for Sustainability artist in residence Kath Wallace in exploring, drawing and sketching the beauty of the Cammeraygal landscape at the Coal Loader Centre for Sustainability.

No prior drawing experience is required to join this sketching class. Charcoal, kneadable eraser and A3 drawing paper will be supplied by the artist. This workshop is for adults 18 years and over.

What to bring/wear

  • Hat and sunscreen
  • Wear comfortable walking shoes and clothes
  • Depending on previous learning, you might wish to use your own drawing materials
