Mothers & Carers Pilates: 9:30 to 10:20am

Celebrate Mother's Day with a special Pilates class dedicated to the amazing mothers, grandmothers, aunts and other maternal figures in our lives. Join us for a session of strength, grace, and self-care as we honour the incredible journey of motherhood. Whether you're a mum yourself or want to treat your mum to a rejuvenating experience, this class is the perfect way to show love and gratitude. Let's move, breathe, and celebrate together!

Mums & Bubs Yoga: 10.30am to 11.20am

Join experienced instructor Pamela on a series of guided moves designed especially for parents and their babies.  Stretch, move, play and bond with your baby. This class is designed for non-mobile babies.
