Join us for a guided tour of St Thomas' Rest Park and Sexton's Cottage Museum in celebration of Heritage Festival.

Join volunteer guide Susan Wade for a tour of the oldest European cemetery on the north shore and the final resting place of many notable figures, including artist Conrad Martens, prospector and politician Bernard Otto Holtermann, and rector and geologist Reverend William Branwhite Clarke.

Unearth the stories of these people and many others at Sexton’s Cottage Museum, displayed in the original 1850s ‘laying out’ room for bodies prior to burial.

This event will be held at St Thomas' Rest Park. It is accessible from street level and is an expected easy and flat walk. There are limited park seating available.
