Primrose Paper Arts presents a contemporary abstract collage workshop with well known, award winning and respected tutor Shahroud Ghahani.
Join us and dive into both geometric and organic styles of collage, while learning essential visual principles such as composition, colour, shape, texture and scale.
Shahroud will present inspiring examples from both Australian and international artists, offering insight into the diversity and creativity within abstract collage. You’ll then be guided in creating your own unique piece using simple yet effective techniques such as tearing and layering images, combining bold coloured surfaces, and experimenting with painted elements.
Throughout the workshop, Shahroud will offer individual feedback, along with a group critique at the end to help you reflect on and refine your work.
