Council Policy is not to provide identity details of complainants. However, if a customer wishes to pursue the issue with an information request under the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009, Council will contact the complainant to determine whether such details can be released. This will incur a fee and details will only be released to the applicant if the complainant agrees.
