Learn more about the NSW Government's most recent housing reforms and how they may affect our area.

The NSW Government introduced its low and mid-rise housing reforms on 28 February 2025.

In the North Sydney local government area, the reforms affect Neutral Bay and Cremorne town centres, and areas around train and metro stations. In this information session, North Sydney Council's Director of Planning and Environment, Marcelo Occhiuzzi, and Service Unit Manager Strategic Planning, Neal McCarry, talk through the changes and how they may affect you.
