Council’s new online rates portal makes it easy to view your rate notices in one place.
Residential and business ratepayers will also be able to view five years of past Annual Rate Notices (from July 2020) on the portal. These historic notices will be available from August 2025.
You no longer need to submit a rates enquiry and pay a reprint fee simply to view your past bills. (If you would like a physical reprint, you will still need to pay the reprint fee.)
You can also link multiple properties from the North Sydney local government area to your account, and add a second recipient for emailed rate notices.
If you do not want to use the new online portal, you do not need to take any action and will continue to receive your rate notices by your chosen method – email or post.

You will receive an email this week with information about the change.
Around 21 July you will receive your Annual Rate Notice email, which will include a link to set up an online account. If you do not receive this email, please check your junk or spam folder.
